Food Allergy Report

Quality ELISA test includes duplication of testing of every patient sample. You will receive a FOODStats report with an easy to understand graphic immunoglobulin (IgG, IgE) profile and a complimentary customised four-day elimination and rotation diet guidline. The diet plan also lists foods into families, which takes a lot of guesswork out of knowing what your patient can eat.

It is strongly advised to eat a wide variety of foods for 2 or 3 weeks before taking the blood sample, including suspected allergens (excluding those suspected of causing anaphylactic reactions).
